No Spam . Submit any advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," investment opportunities, or any other form of solicitation. Collecting Personal Information . Collect or harvest personally identifiable information about other users of the Site or "stalk" or otherwise harass other persons. Impersonation .
